BC Wide Youth Event – Hearts for Reconciliation One: Orange Shirt Day
Hills of Peace Lutheran Church alongside pastors from around the BC Synod invite confirmation-aged youth to join in “Hearts for Reconciliation One: Orange Shirt Day in Kamloops”
Youth from around BC are invited to gather for a full day on Friday, September 30th in Kamloops, to reflect, to meet friends, to visit local First Nation grounds including former Kamloops Indian Residential School, and to commit towards actions of reconciliation.
A bus will bring youth through the lower mainland to Kamloops on Thursday and youth will return home on Saturday.
