DESCRIPTION:This Creative Retreat is inspired by the beauty of the Land aro
 und us. Join other community members and facilitator\, Lauren Aldred\, to 
 create a time of nurturance and deep connection within ourselves\, the com
 munity\, and the Land. The day’s activities will include a nature walk\,
  two easy art activities\, and a creative writing exercise. All participan
 ts aged 15+ are welcome. Pre-registration is required as space is limited 
 to 24. The $25 charge per participant covers all art supplies\, fruit\, mu
 ffins\, drinks\, (bring your own bag lunch) and the facilitator's transpor
 tation from Northern BC.
