All are invited to join this four-week study on Rev. Dr. Gordon Jensen's book Experiencing Gospel: The History and Creativity of Martin Luther's 1534 Bible Project. Dig deeper into Luther's thinking and theology, just in time for Reformation Day. Dr. Jensen will join the last session.

Young Canadian Lutherans (YCLs) from across Canada (NB, ON, BC) will open the gatherings with Acknowledgement of Territory, Session Introductions and Prayer. Sessions will be led by Rev. Karen Kuhnert (ON), Rev. Erik Parker (MN), Rev. Dr. Peter Kuhnert (ON) and book author Rev. Dr. Gordon Jensen (SK). Each week session participants will learn more about Jensen's discovery of Luther's highlighted words and phrases in the 1534 Bible that Luther and colleagues created in Wittenberg. These highlights show Luther's emphasis on pointing to Christ who wants people to experience the Gospel.
