Iglesia Luterana en el Peru and BC Synod

BC Synod formed a companion relationship with Iglesia Luterana en el Peru (IL-P) in the early 2000s. A formal companion synod agreement was signed in 2004. 

Since then, several people from Peru have visited BC, and several congregations from BC have arranged trips to Peru. Some congregations of BC Synod have a companion congregation in IL-P.
