Lutheran Church of the Cross in Victoria is overjoyed to welcome Pr. Eli Deifeld, who will be installed to a part-time call on May 3 at 10 AM PT. She has already been serving alongside Pr. Lyndon Sayers in the congregation, and we look forward formally to recognizing and honouring her gifts for ministry. Pr. Eli chose to have a morning installation in order for more children, youth, and their families to be able to attend, with whom she has been working, including Sunday School, Confirmation, Youth Group, and leadership on Sunday mornings. Pr. Eli was ordained in the Lutheran church in Brazil and we look forward to welcoming her and her family in the BC Synod!
