PCLM Continues Vital Work with Discernment

The Program Committee for Leadership for Ministry (PCLM) of the ELCIC met over the weekend, April 16-19 at the ELCIC National Office in Winnipeg. The PCLM is a national committee tasked to focus on providing oversight to leadership, candidacy and ministry policies. This committee continues its work on several matters including the Candidacy Manual and Continuing Education Plan (CEP). The committee’s work continues as it supports the discernment, formation and ongoing development of leaders for ministry across the ELCIC.
