Diaconal Ministry Sunday

The last Sunday of February is Diaconal Ministry Sunday - a day to celebrate the witness expressed through service (diakonia). Through our baptism all Christians are called to share God’s word and to serve our neighbours in Christ’s name. It is also a day to recognize and give thanks to God for all of those who serve in official calls as deacons in our church. Resources for lifting up Diaconal Sunday can be found here.
